Happy to share my appointment to the eBRAM Panel of Mediators, using its innovative, tech-driven international dispute resolution platform in Hong Kong.
eBRAM enjoys strong support from the HKSAR Government, together with funding, policy endorsements, and collaborations such as the Hong Kong Legal Cloud initiative. This alignment reinforces Hong Kong’s role as a leading global legal hub, while allowing me to offer efficient and accessible solutions for cross-border, international, or local business, regulatory, technology, and investment disputes.
In 2026, I will be bringing my Asia Pacific experience to F&B, business development, sports and fitness, domain names, IPR, government engagement, and regulatory compliance to the mediation table. Through LawTech-enabled tools, we can bridge gaps in complex matters, leveraging eBRAM’s advanced ODR platform to resolve disputes outside the court system.
Layered onto my background across government, business, design, and law, including my work as both a Solicitor and a Barrister, as well as my experience as an Independent Non-Executive Director, this is a genuine opportunity for LawTech in practice.
Advancing dispute resolution through eBRAM is a new challenge, but the technology involved and using it as a tool for “getting to yes” genuinely excites me; new year, new challenges, new solutions!
