Hire the right influencers, create the right buzz, now you can sell almost anything!
By HK Lawyer AJ Halkes Barrister-at-Law
I wrote about this place opening on a site that, for many years, never really worked for anyone, opposite Stauntons, it now seems to be in a state of resurgence.
With a different client base, they have a queue on a Sunday evening, when many places are completely silent, and others are fully booked. Hong Kong is incredibly difficult to read right now, with success stories appearing everywhere while closures also continue (though these are slowing fast).
The winning angle is often not the product, but the social media positioning and the marketing proposition.
Hire the right influencers, create the right buzz, and it seems you can now sell almost anything. Fail on that front, even with a fantastic product, and there will probably not be a line outside your door.
The art of food and beverage has become the art of influence.
The art of quality product has become the art of branding.
The art of success has become something that changes constantly.
